Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion has been my mostly highly raved about product of the Summer. There's nothing worse than spending 10 minutes painstakingly putting on your eyes just to have your shadow migrate to your creases and your liner and mascara take permanent residence on your lower lids in raccoon-like fashion. This stuff is awesome. Love, love it. Put it on under your eye-makeup and it will look the same as it did when you applied it until you take it off. It worked for me hiking around in 90+ degree heat, at the pool and even overnight. |

|

Not really a "find" as it's wildly popular but I've just started using Philosophy's Makeup Optional Kit with the Purity Made Simple cleanser, Hope In A Jar moisturizer, When Hope Is Not Enough Firming Serum, Hope in a Tube Eye and Lip Firming Cream, and Microdelivery Vitamin C Peel and I *love* it. I have been glowing like a lightbulb from the first day I used it and it just keeps getting better and better. I think my skin looks better than it has in years, and I'm nowhere near wrinkles yet (just turned 29) but I have still noticed a definite firmness to my skin now that wasn't there before. I am hooked. Kit is a $125 value, $68 at philosophy.com, sephora.com, etc.
Even if you don't need the cleansers, moisturizers and serums, just the Microdelivery Peel, which also comes in a separate kit, is incredible. |

| Sponsor | imthevilprincess | Nov 22, 2006 12:35am | Ive been reading a lot of reviews and people are swearing by smash boxs photo finish primer. now. i own NOTHING by anyone, except mac, and foundation by clinque, minus the drug store brands. but is this stuff really living up to the hype?
Also.. anyone have experience with ERA foundation?? |

| Sponsor | wildhoneysuckle | Nov 22, 2006 6:34am | | I personally did not care for Smashbox Photo Finish. I found it to be too oily, it seemed to just sit on the top of the skin. Perhaps if your skin is very dry, mine is more combination. Laura Mercier Foundation Primer is fantastic, though. Stays put all day. |

| Sponsor | m2hnj | Nov 24, 2006 12:17pm | #6: I used Philosophy's Purity Made Simple for over a year, and then my skin got used to it and it stopped working. I loved it while it worked. :)
For a primer I like Philosophy's On a Clear Day Protection Cream. It leaves my skin with a nice satiny finish and is never oily or heavy feeling. |
